• Management of contracts
• Billing and tracking / Reminders / Collection
• Communication with customers regarding invoices and contracts
• Monitoring of mails and administrative emails
• Organisation

• Archiving and entering contracts, administrative and accounting documents
• Payment of supplier invoices, expense reports
• Purchasing of office supplies
• Helping in the organisation of business trips and bookings
• Support consultants in the preparation and implementation of contracts by:
o Answering calls for tender
o Researching information
• Monitoring the company’s performance indicators
• Keep references up-to-date

Knowledge and Expertise

• Accounting, management and simple financial planning skills
• Knowledge of the internet
• Master WORD, EXCEL and POWER POINT applications
• English is a must
