The event organized by BMI SYSTEM and LCH law firm on the 17th of November 2016 provided the opportunity to address the different regulatory evolutions in DMOS (Anti- Bribery) and Transparency. The decree promulgated on the 28th December 2016, will have an impact on the organization and management tools of the companies impacted.
Remunerations will have to be disclosed on the public website, staff meetings will have to be declared when they include some hospitality and the number of meals provided to an HCP will have to be defined: these changes impact the CRM and the Transparency software of the companies. The DMOS process will give way for authorization, prior declaration, or non-declaration. These new processes raise many questions to be addressed by law.
