The company BMI SYSTEM, editor of pharmaceutical compliance software packages since 2005, in partnership with the law firm Simmons & Simmons and PHARMEXPERT Belleville, pharmaceutical regulatory affairs consultancy, invites you to a thematic workshop presentation and analysis of regulations existing and under development.

Indeed, the set of regulations on transparency of relationships between suppliers of health products, health professionals and health authorities is undergoing major changes, both in the U.S. with the “Sunshine Act” and ‘in France, with the amendment of the DMOS provisions (modifications called “French Sunshine Act”) or in the UK with the “Bribery Act”.

During the workshop theme, these developments will be analyzed and discussed to identify their impact on suppliers of health products in terms of organization and resources to implement.
