Continuing on from our last successful seminar in London on the 20th of September in regards to the Bribery Act and its impact on the  Pharmaceutical & Medical Device industries, we are pleased to announce our next event organised in partnership with Compliance Hub:

As of January 2013, UK pharmaceutical companies will have to disclose their financial relationships with HCPs. As in the US with the Sunshine Act and in France with the Xavier Bertrand law, UK companies will soon be facing tighter issues of aggregation of their financial flows. The main challenges arising are the identification, arbitration and aggregation of the various collection sources for expenditures. With so many different IT systems and flows to monitor, it is difficult to define the amount which has actually been spent at the end of year !

Key Learning Objectives : This seminar will be focused on:

  • Identification of the different sources of expenditures to be declared
  • Appropriate staff training responsible for data collection
  • Aggregation of data received and the arbitration of required declaration.
  • Amounts which need to be publicly declared as of 2013 according to the ABPI and what to expect for the future of transparency
  • IT system to help you facilitate the tracking and aggregation of financial relationships with HCPs
